Dr Marco Caminati is Assistant Professor in Respiratory Medicine, Allergy and Clinical Immunology at the Department of Medicine, University of Verona. His clinical/scientific interest focuses on asthma, and rare dysimmune conditions with hyper-eosinophilia including vasculitis, hypereosinophilic syndromes, eosinophilic gastrointestinal disorders, with a special focus on new targeted-therapies.
He currently serves as Secretary of the European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology Task Forces on ABPA and HES. He is also Member of the World Allergy Organization Adult Asthma and Biologic Therapies in Allergic Diseases and Member of the International Eosinophil Society Outreach and Diversity Committees. He is part of the Global Initiative for Asthma (GINA) Italian Working Group and of the Scientific Committee of SANI - Project for the Severe Asthma Network Italy.
