Professor Laidlaw is Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School, and is the Director of Translational Research in Allergy and Director of the Aspirin-Exacerbated Respiratory Disease (AERD) Centre at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
Professor Laidlaw’s research focuses on the causative mechanisms of AERD, severe asthma, nasal polyposis, and aspirin and NSAID allergies, as well as the exploration of better solutions for these diseases.
Professor Laidlaw’s main publications focus on AERD pathogenesis, treatments, and biomarkers. She has also published several articles on chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps and asthma.
